The Vectra range of mobile inline turret rewinding machines are capable of running in line with any kind of rotary press and can be moved from machine to machine in a matter of minutes. No connections to the press are required!

The Vectra was developed to minimise press stoppages, drastically reducing wastage while eliminating the need to inspect and rewind as a secondary operation.

The Vectra range is available as standard in 2 web widths, 330mm and 410mm (most models are also available in 510mm) and can be set to rewind a given amount of material, pre-selected by run length or label quantity. The web is cut and a new roll started without stopping or slowing down the parent machine. Finished rolls are automatically ejected onto a loading arm or chute for easy removal. New cores can then be loaded (automatically if required) in preparation for the next cycle.

• 4 x 76mm air expanding rewind mandrels complete with auto tension control and auto inflate/deflate rewind mandrels.
• Adjustable core positioning device to ensure accurate loading of cores onto the mandrel.
•  Non-stop web cutting device.
•  Auto roll eject which automatically feeds the finished roll of labels onto the stacking arm for easy collection by the press operator.
• Label counter capable of counting in labels, metres or feet.
• Fully guarded to E C Standards with a unique light curtain, which enables the operator to load cores etc in complete safety.
