Horizon
The VAC-100 is a 10-bin rotary feed, air-suction collating tower. User-friendly with intuitive touch-screen controls. Expandable up to 6 modules (60 sheets or240 pages). Highly flexible with a range of jogging and stacking options available.
The Horizon QC-S1200 is a high quality, high speed collating machine with efficient operation. Equipped with a 5.7 inch colour LCD touch screen. Almost all of the operation and program settings can be done via this touch-screen. In addition, superior usability is ensured with the navigation function and the troubleshooting screen to monitor the operating procedure and to troubleshoot the cause of any problems. Maximum production speed is 120 sets/minute (A4) LEF, straight stack, 3 sheets). The QC-S300 is capable of handling high volume collating jobs with it's productivity. The QC-S1200 is equipped with a large bin capacity for minimal sheet re-loading. The large-diameter feed rollers enable the collator to handle a wide variety of sheets. The double feed stop pad and feed bins can be switched between high and low pressure settings for stable feeding.Stapling and punching can synchronized with the collating sequence. Top/side stapling, corner stapling and two hole punching are performed to finish your best suited documents. Optional booklet maker with fore-edge trim can also be configured to the QC-S300 collator.

The VAC-60 is similar to the 100, modular, suction-feed collator expandable to 6 towers, but with 6 higher capacity bins per tower. 5,500 sets per hour productivity.
An optional image checking system is available on all Horizon collators that ensures output is 100% accurate.
Nagel's S8 suction feed collating system has 8 bins per tower and 3 towers can be linked to feed a maximum of 24 sheets or 96 pages. These towers also link to the entire range of Foldnak booklet makers (see the "Bookletmaking" section). Featuring extremely short set up times this system is ideal for short run collating of varying run lengths.
