Electric

German made Ideal guillotines are robust and accurate and are particualrly popular with New Zealand's digital printers as they provide superb performance at a great price. With a range of cut sizes, manual or powered/progammable back gauge, there is sure to be a model to cost effectively meet your specific cutting requirements.

The 6550-95 EP (left) provides entry level SRA2 cutting.

Hydraulic

Ideals new 5222 Digicut (left) embodies the quality construction and affordability inherent in their other small format models whilst additionally featuring hydraulic clamping (electric cut) for sensitive digtal prints plus light curtain safety and optional side tables (pictured) for enhanced productivity.  As the name suggests the 5222 Digicut is the guillotine of choice for busy digital printers.   

The 7228 (right) is Ideal's largest format model. An impressive feature set and affordable price make the 7228 the "Ideal" entry level choice for digital or small offset printshops requiring larger format cutting. Light curtain safety, full programmability,  air table, hydraulic clamp (electric cut) and a wide 72cm cut are standard and optional side tables (not pictured) are also available.

Horizon also manufacture a highly popular guillotine (right), the heavy duty, compact and FULLY hydraulic (clamp & cut) APC61 II. Light curtain safety and fully programmable with a 61cm cut.

Large Format

Itotec's range of eRC guillotines embody all the hallmarks of modern Japanese manufacturing. Robust common sense design, reliability and affordability. CIP4 compatible and availabile in 100,115,137 and 160cm cut sizes these guillotines will meet your large format heavy duty cutting requirements safely, productively and with ultimate ease of operation.

Automated paper handling systems (jogging, loading and unloading) are available allowing eRC guillotines to be built up into highly efficient paper cutting lines.

The following features come as standard with Itotec eRC guillotines:

Auto Card Cutters

The Nagano CT620 EXA is the ultimate business card and document auto cutter that anyone can use to simplify cutting tasks and achieve higher productivity. 

Engineered to auto feed up to A3+ format board to a maximum thickness of 0.4mm it cuts a rate of 7 sheets per minute which equates to 140 business cards per minute, or 100 postcards every 2 minutes.
